Beginning the Journey Receives FEDERAL Funding

I expected the Beginning the Journey's annual RIF operating agreement to be renewed however I was floored when I learned that we were also granted federal funding. Those hours spent sending letters to Congress worked.

Receiving federal funding will allow the chapter to have a greater impact on our community and serve more families. Here is to a GREAT year of building a literate nation, one child at a time.
