Today is the first day of school!!!!
The girls woke up at 5:00 am this morning without the usual sleepy yawn begging for a few more minutes of rest. Vanessa loves the idea of going to second grade. Jade is happy to be going to "Vanessa's school." I am hoping this momentum last for the entire month of September :)
Our day however is not all peaches and cream because we just learned that the hubby will not be working his old 9-5. Thank goodness we are natural savers and I am always looking for a deal or way to reduce cost.
God is good and works in amazing ways so this might be his nudge for us to start the catering business we have been talking about for the past two years.
