William's Dave & Busters Birthday Bash

Family gathered in our SUV and drove over an hour to ensure William had a birthday party he would enjoy and remember.

The backdrop for William's 8th birthday was Dave & Buster's (or the arcade as he calls it). Dave and Buster's is basically a restaurant with a HUGE midway...basically like a mature version of Chuck E. Cheese's and a WHOLE lot more options in the restaurant than pizza and salad, and TONS of more games!

The children played games while us adults enjoyed the sporting events on the television sets. We feasted on a dinner of burgers, chicken fingers, fries, Caribbean style shrimp, chicken and rice. These delicious foods were washed down with fountain sodas and bottled root beer (Vanessa had to present her ID to receive her faux bottled brewed drink). After dinner the children continued to play more games. William and I even tested our knowledge against one another in a modern trivia game. He out smarted me and was declared the champion and was rewarded with more game tickets than myself. No party is complete without a birthday cake. William had white a Transformers cake that was absolutely scrumptious.
