NBC4 Health & Fitness Expo

Today, I attended the NBC4 Health & Fitness Expo in Washington, DC. On hand were many exhibitors that educated the public on improving their health, vendors selling products that encouraged healthy living and government agencies that provide access to support services for low income families, the elderly and disabled individuals.
