This evening GS Troop 6037 attended it's first tennis match as Girl Scout members. We were extremely excited to watch the Washington Kastles play the New York Buzz.
The Washington Kastles, a professional tennis team based in Washington, DC are the newest franchise of the World TeamTennis Pro League. The Washington Kastles entered the World TeamTennis League in 2008 and are owned by Mark Ein.

Since it was "family night" the team rolled out the red carpet for us and included a children's clinic, face painting, moon bounce and free racket for every child under 16 years old.

The final score was 19-15 with us winning.
