I have the best family and friends. I felt so special with all the birthday wishes (LaQuisha called me at the crack of dawn) and unexpected gifts.
One of the gifts that I will remember the most came from Tracey...I don't even think she knew it was my birthday (I never shared the date with her). Earlier this week I explained to her that the recession hit our house and graciously she decided to sponsor me, but get this, she also got a photographer to sponsor my photos for the pageant. When she told me this I was overwhelmed by her generously and belief in ME. The greatest feeling is knowing that others believe you can achieve your goal.
The girls purchased a Sponge Bob cake for me. It was the cutest cake I ever saw. While in the car to dinner we drove pass Chuck E. Cheese and Jade said "mommy where are we going? It's your birthday. " I said "I know." She then said "then we're supposed to go to Chuck E. Cheese." I then explained to her that adults don't like going to Chuck E. Cheese for their birthday. She immediately broke out in a wail and said "hunhh so all they do is go to their boring job and eat dinner on their birthday?" I tried to explain to her that I would prefer a nice quiet evening but it was obvious she could not understand how in the world someone would not want to go to Chuck E. Cheese for their birthday. We made a comprise in the end. Since we did not go to Chuck E. Cheese we will go to Six Flags this weekend to celebrate the end of the first week of school.
Thank you to everyone that remembered my special day!

I am so glad you enjoyed your day... we still have to do something too! :D Love ya!
P.S. Congrats on the sponsorship!
Happy Birthday! My son loves SpongeBob, too and I have to admit I know every character, as well.
